RETREAT FOR MUSICIANS

Normal day schedule at the retreat is following:

 

First Day:

15:00/16:00 Arrival
16:00 Getting into the rooms, Short walk, Castle tour
19:00 Supper and Chilling together

2nd to 4th Day:

8:00-9:30 Yoga and Meditation
9:45-10:30 Breakfast
10:30-12:00 Lecture with Bernhard Kerres and Oliver Sartena
12:00-12:30 Coaching-walk with Oliver or Bernhard/ Massage with Valentina
12:30-13:00 Coaching-walk with Oliver or Bernhard/ Massage with Valentina
13:00-13:30 Coaching-walk with Oliver or Bernhard/ Massage with Valentina
13:30-14:00 Coaching-walk with Oliver or Bernhard/ (Massage with Valentina)
14:00 Lunch
15:00-18:00 Trips
19:30 Dinner

Last Day:

8:00-9:30 Yoga and Meditation
9:30-10:10 Massage with Valentina
10:10-10:50 Massage with Valentina
10:50-11:30 Massage with Valentina
11:30 Brunch
12:30 Leaving the castle/ Last trip

The exact timing of the trips has to be planned according to the weather forecast! On the
first day people normally arrive in the afternoon. On the last day we will have a brunch
around 11:30 and after that we go to visit the Monastery with herbal shop and hand made
chocolates. After that we help people to get to their ways of transport back home.

The price includes:

• Accommodation at the ‘Hunter’s House’ next to the castle in newly renovated
rooms (Shared room/2 persons)
• 3 vegetarian meals per day (except on arrival and departure day only 1-2 meals)
• Daily yoga classes (style: Vinyasa Flow, length 75min to 90min)
• Meditation sessions

• One massage session (30min)

• 3 Lectures with Bernhard Kerres and Oliver Sartena: BYOM Academy (The Quintessence you need to know to make money out of your music)

• BYOM-coaching-walks with Bernhard/ Oliver

• Free Podsreda Castle Tour with Audio Guide
• Trips:

- Panoramic forest hike following an old pilgrimage route to historic Slovenian
  church site
- Forest hike and canyoning/swimming at a forest river
- Visiting an old monastery with herbal shop and chocolate factory (there is
  also a possibility to feed deers)
- Tasting local wines in a Cave Wine Cellar
- Star gazing etc
